What is a “Monthly Subscription”?

The “Monthly Subscription” is an ideal gift for a college student (receiving a monthly care package keeps them feeling close to home), or an office staff with goodies for all to share (and let them know they are appreciated), or just a loved one to let them know you’re thinking of them. The Monthly Subscription also allows you to send your gift to someone different every month.  Please contact us so we can set that up for you.

Can I include a personalized card?

You can type in your personalized message in the box provided at checkout and it will be placed inside your gift. All of our cards are handwritten to give your gifts that personal touch. 

Do you provide Gluten-Free gift sets?

Yes! We provide a couple of yummy Gluten Free options.  We offer the Gluten Free Delight and the Supreme College Care Package in our pre-designed gift sets.  However, if you would like to create your own, please contact us so we can curate your 100% Gluten Free gift set.

Corporate Gifts

At FLG, we understand the importance of corporate gifts and we can help take care of these gifting needs year round. We would love to collaborate with you to customize special designs that will appeal to clients and help take your brand to the next level. Please reach out with any inquiries. 

Can I place a large order?

Throughout the years we have collaborated with individuals for large events such as weddings, showers and special events, as well as large corporations, businesses and organizations.  Please email us with any questions you might have and we can work with you to meet your needs.

How does the custom design process work?

Once you fill out the Event Inquiry Form, we will contact you for a free consultation to discuss your needs in detail. If you decide to use our services, you will sign and pay the retainer. We will then provide you with a sample. Upon your signed approval and payment, we will begin assembling your gifts!

Can you create custom logo tags?

Yes! Order 5 or more gifts and we’ll create custom logo tags and matching notecards with the message of your choice for $8.00/gift. All we need is your high-res logo file, and the text you'd like included on the notecard.

Returns, refunds and exchanges:

We do not offer refunds. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your gift or your gift is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@finelivinggifts.com so we can replace it for you.

Why is an item in my gift box different from what is shown on the website? 

In the event that a product may become unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.

During the hot summer months, all chocolate items will be replaced with an equal or greater product when delivered to a residence.

 

Shipping and Delivery

When will my gift box be shipped?

All packages will be processed 1-2 days after the order has been placed. All our gift boxes are shipped via UPS Ground.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your gifts have been shipped providing you with your tracking number.

Can I have my order rushed?

All our gift boxes are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified at checkout.
